- Ensuring support to local market organizations in terms of invoice inquiries
- Ensuring the quality and sustainability of AP Helpdesk services to maintain relationships with suppliers and local stakeholders
- Responding to incoming communication from internal and external stakeholders
- Resolving issues and ensuring that problems are handled promptly
- Performing an analysis of invoices in the process
- Supporting the coordination of the work of the BPO provider for the AP Helpdesk
- Working on process improvements and, when required, participating in projects and initiatives
- Has a documented educational background in the finance area or equivalent experience
- Is communicative in English (both written and spoken)
- Speaks French (skills at B1-B2 level are required)
- Has a teamwork approach and enjoys working in a diverse, international environment
- Can coordinate communication professionally with stakeholders, both from local organizations and suppliers
- Fluently navigates MS Office, especially Excel
- Has experience working with systems like SAP
- Can work in a dynamically changing environment
