- Will reply to all communications received from the customer/Project managers.
- Monitor all Oracle incidents from when they are pulled until they can be closed.
- Update order information in the system as instructed by the customer/Project manager (i.e. address changes, billing changes, carrier changes, dates).
- Notify customers/internal customers on any changes to the orders' delivery schedule.
- Will manage order blocks, billings, follow up with logistics/transportation.
- Engage internally with all departments on behalf of customer/project manager to provide the best service level possible.
- Will participate in extra projects for continuous improvement within the customer care team.
- Customer Service Experience (minimum 1 year).
- Proficient In Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word And Advance in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
- Advanced or Fluent English (min. B2).
- Completed High School.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics.
- SAP knowledge (ECC and CRM).
- Oracle.
- Power Tools Knowledge (Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps).
