
Financial Services Account Associate II Customer Service (start in October)

- Providing customer service to the U.S. customers via inbound calls in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, utilizing an automatic call distribution system. We work within multiple transfer agent systems and Microsoft Office applications. This job is not about selling, persuading or accepting complaints.
- Working from home is an option. If you decide to do so, this position will work remotely and will require you to identify a location from which you can maintain the confidentiality of customer account information. Alternatively, you can work from the office located in Poznan or in the hybrid model.
- Full-time position working an eight-hour per-day schedule of 2:30pm – 11:00pm CET or 5:30pm – 2:00am CET, (Monday through Friday) after the completion of training.
- Participating in ongoing training and staying abreast of financial regulatory changes.
- High proficiency in spoken English and ability to communicate.
- Strong technical skills ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and navigate various systems at once.
- High-speed internet with ethernet access.
- Ability to productively handle inbound telephone calls and meet performance goals.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Investment industry or financial experience is a plus.
- College degree (or currently working towards one) or financial customer service experience desired.
- Convenient office location in Poznań [Nowy Rynek Complex, Building B Przemyslowa 3 Street], with the possibility to work partially remotely to suit your needs. If you live 50 km or more away from Poznan, we can offer the option of full remote work.
