- Develop and execute comprehensive OT security strategies aligned with business objectives and industry regulations
- Drive and oversee security program agenda items.
- Collaborate with cyber security team to ensure cohesive security practices across the organization
- Partner with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to balance security requirements with operational needs
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of OT security controls, including network segregation, access control, and endpoint protection
- Manage OT security incident response programs and lead investigations when security events occur
- Conduct regular security assessments of OT environments and develop remediation plans
- Monitor and evaluate emerging OT security threats and vulnerabilities
- Establish and maintain an OT security awareness program for operations personnel
- Contribute to development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for OT systems
- Significant experience in operational technology environments,
- Insightful and up-to-date knowledge regarding OT related cyber threats and mitigation strategies.
- Experience in similar role in global organization
- Understanding of cyber security principles and their application to OT environments
- Experience with major OT vendors and technologies (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Honeywell)
- Exceptional stakeholder relationship management.
- High sense of urgency. Make sure the job gets done.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation plans
