Job Title Order Fulfillment Specialist with ItalianJob DescriptionYour role:Logistic claims process management – handling customer complaints, raising credits for valid queriesWorking closely with the cash & collection team, account managers, warehouse, and carriers to ensure a swift resolution of disputesActively participating in Dispute Council meetingsPerforming manual corrections for all sales documents related to the inland/export shipments to the clientsReturn process management – execution of document flow between the customer and the accounting departmentMaintaining all databases and reports regularly and within the agreed timelineTogether with team members, continually striving to implement process improvementsProblem-solving and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholdersOur benefits:Annual bonus based on performance achievedPrivate medical care with the option to extend it to family membersBenefit System cardsDiscount for Philips’ productsWide variety of training & learning opportunities including LinkedIn Learning accessPromotion of a healthy lifestyle in the officeEmployee Assistance ProgramYou're the right fit if:Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 months of experience or vocational (MBO) degree with min. 2 years of relevant work experienceVery good level of English (min C1) and good knowledge of Italian (at least B2)Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skillsGood communication skillsCultural awareness and pro-active behaviorPrevious experience in Order Management would be a plusKnowledge of logistics / supply chain would be a plusKnowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems would be beneficialStrong customer service orientation and problem-solving skillsGood communication skillsCultural awareness and pro-active behaviorHow we work together
