- Manage the local go-to-market process for new product features, including strategy, planning, testing, and communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth launch;
- Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and product teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment of goals.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Satisfaction teams to develop clear and compelling messaging that resonates with customers and aligns product features with customer needs;
- Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, training and materials to effectively present the product to customersWork closely with the local sales and customer support team and customers to identify product needs.
- Create business cases for new features and upgrades to present to central teams;
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including local teams, central teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and smooth operations;
- Provide training and support to local teams on new product features and tools, ensuring they are well-equipped to use them effectively.
- 3-4+ years of experience in a similar role: (ex. Product Manager, Market Manager, Product Operations, Go to Market Manager);
- Very strong project management skills and proven track record;
- Very good communication skills: both verbal and written as well as solid presentation skills;
- Good understanding of product management way of working;
- Technical understanding - able to understand how various systems work with each other and to explain a technical issue to an engineering team;
- Familiarity with the Real estate industry is a plus Knowledge of UX and UI design is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional planning & execution skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
