Technical Sales Advisor

• Member of the sales team

• Processing and recording of price quotes and orders for standard Machines

• Communication with key customers and calculation of offers for new projects and tenders

• Administrative tasks for the sales department and communication with customers

• Planning of orders and management of production and financial plans

• Creation of reports and analytical activities

• Monitoring order status, negotiating delivery dates, and planning transportation

• Creating and recording delivery notes and invoices, checking invoice payments, and verifying business conditions

• Creating and recording purchase contracts and offers

• Recording service requests through the sales department

• Reporting and presenting at meetings

• English language skills at a communicative level

• Computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Category B driving license

• Entrepreneurship, patience,communication skills

• Sales experience - preferably in the engineering industry

• Ability to learn quickly, self-motivation

• Technical knowledge is an asset, and knowledge of woodworking machinery is an additional advantage

• Salary PLN 7000 - 7500 gross + commission turnover
