International Tax Adviser

• Support the international tax team with tax analysis and administration of Permanent
• Establishments (PE)/foreign branches.
• Collect data from various stakeholders within the organization.
• Develop and maintain strong internal relationships across the business, such as sales representatives and field engineers, providing tax support.
• Keep up to date and identify latest trends in international taxation with a focus on Permanent Establishments.
• Assist with the administration of tax registrations and ongoing compliance to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Collaborate closely with the company governance and legal teams.
• Work closely with several external service providers and members of the Global tax team.
• Support wider projects and ad-hoc initiatives as required by the Head of Tax.

• Bachelor's degree (finance or law)
• Knowledge of English at an advanced level - knowledge of German is a big plus!
• Solid knowledge of international tax principles with a focus on Permanent Establishments according to OECD definitions.
• You gained your experience in either the Big 4 and / or inhouse experience in an international tax team for a minimum of 5 years
• Excellent communication skills, ability to interact effectively with people at all levels (field engineers and senior leadership).
• You will need to take ownership of your work and display a 'can-do' attitude
• You will need to be well organised and be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Basic VAT and Transfer Pricing knowledge
• SAP experience is an advantage as is competency with IT software packages.
