- Collaborate closely with CMI teams to perform consumer research, trend analysis and behavioral deep dives, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Synthesize findings from consumer behavior studies and competitive benchmarks to inform relevant stakeholders and optimize engagement strategies.
- Act as a key partner to CMI and Business Units to ensure insights are fully leveraged across the consumer journey.
- Translate insights into tangible action plans together with CRM, Retail and Media teams.
- Act as a data-driven voice in strategic meetings, advising on consumer engagement tactics, media allocation and activation strategy.
- Monitor and measure performance of online and offline activations, with focus on efficiency, engagement and ROI.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across channels
- Ensure robust data collection across all channels and support data integrity efforts in partnership with corporate data and BI teams.
- Leverage omnichannel performance data to steer decision-making and investment strategy with a strong ROI lens.
- 5+ years of experience in Consumer & Market Insights (CMI), with a strong ability to lead consumer insights based on research, behavioral analysis, and trend synthesis to fuel data-driven marketing
- 3+ years of experience in Brand Management with consumer centricity
- Proven track record in performance marketing and campaign optimization, leveraging deep knowledge of omnichannel KPIs (ROI, CLV, conversion, traffic, churn, sell-out, etc.)
- Advanced skills in analytics, data storytelling, and stakeholder engagement, working closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, CRM, Retail) and senior leadership
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of presenting complex data and insights in a clear, compelling manner to diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with a track record of working cross-functionally, including with Marketing, Media, Retail, and Business Intelligence teams, to achieve shared goals.
