- Identify client needs and proactively propose IT outsourcing solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and grow revenue within existing accounts.
- Fluent English (spoken & written) - daily client communication.
- Experience in B2B account management (preferably in IT outsourcing or consulting).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Business-oriented mindset with focus on results.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working with corporate stakeholders.
