Our system offers to Sabre customers a structured format to efficiently manage customer profile content including contact, payment, and loyalty program information.Role and Responsibilities:Leads a multidisciplinary workforce with a stability-first mentality.Monitors development processes and propose necessary changes and improvements.Prepares and oversees the release cycleWork with Product Management, SRE, and DBA Teams to understand desired application capabilities, and balance priorities, deadlines, and staff allocation.Mentors team members and help to manage their career paths.Regularly interacts with other leaders, tech leads, architects, product managers, HR, on matters concerning projects, or team performance. Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship.Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
