With a commitment to efficiency and innovation, Baltic Assist aims to be the go-to choice for seeking rewarding careers.What you'll be doingWe’re currently looking for a Senior PEGA Application Specialist to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and reliability of multiple PEGA applications in a dynamic business environment.You’ll play a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and debugging PEGA applications, as well as managing application deployments through the PEGA Deployment Manager. This role suits someone with a strong background in PEGA application support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to maintain stable, efficient, and high-performing systems.How you’ll spend your day

Monitor the performance and health of multiple PEGA applications.
Analyze system logs and debug issues to identify root causes.
Deploy application changes and updates using PEGA Deployment Manager.
Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to prioritize and resolve incidents.
Conduct testing and validation of application changes before deployment.
Document findings, updates, and solutions to maintain clear operational records.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members or colleagues on PEGA best practices.
Stay updated on new PEGA features and system improvements to enhance application performance.

You'll be successful if you have

PEGA certified CSA
Monitoring of multiple PEGA applications
PEGA log analysis and debugging
Deployment of application changes via PEGA deployment manager

Nice to have

3-5 years experienced in Pega application support
