The Impact You'll MakeAs our Senior Project Manager you'll play a key role in driving strategic capital investment (CAPEX) projects and major supply chain improvement initiatives - ensuring that critical investments translate into real operational value.Your impact? You'll lead high-impact, cross-functional projects from planning through to execution and final handover, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. Your work will directly enhance our operational efficiency, scalability, and long-term competitiveness.You'll collaborate with teams across manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and finance, and take ownership of complex, business-critical initiatives-maintaining clear communication with senior leadership and navigating diverse stakeholder needs. Your structured approach and leadership will help us move toward a more resilient, efficient, and strategically aligned future.What You'll Be Doing

Lead and manage CAPEX and large-scale supply chain transformation projects.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans.
Oversee execution, ensuring project milestones and budgets are met.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment across teams.
Provide regular updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to the leadership team.
Drive structured project governance and ensure smooth handover to operations.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Relevant experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing CAPEX and/or cross-functional supply chain projects.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
