- Guide the delivery team on how to use the relevant agile practices and methodology based on the context of the situation with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Oversee delivery and coach the team; facilitate transparency, inspection and adaption.
- Help the team to “fail fast” using data to build learning. You will be an active participant and facilitator of important team activities retrospectives).
- Nurture and inspire the team to take responsibility for their delivery process and the outcomes they deliver. In SAFe structure assumes the role of Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer.
- Create a supportive and trusting environment to support full team engagement. Foster close cooperation and communication across all team members; encourage cross-training and team support.
- Manage interdependencies between delivery teams (Internal and External).
- Work closely with the Product Owner to support short and long-term planning and to priorities deliverables on an ongoing basis.
- Define team objectives and key results (OKR's), oversee delivery against these and team KPI's, hold the team accountable for achieving, taking required action to drive team performance.
- Anticipate and address potential or actual impediments to team delivery and shield the team from external interference to enable optimal functionality and productivity.
- Evolve agile and lean techniques through the practice of continuous improvement.
- Min. 3 years of working experience in scrum master/agile coach role,
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Agile and/or SCRUM approach,
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken),
- Open, trustworthy personality and interpersonal resilience - can easily communicate to different seniority levels, different points of view and work with variety of different nationalities,
- Flexibility, agile mindset and situational adaptability,
- Commitment to achieving delivery targets, showing initiative, and following through.
- CSM/PSM/CLP/SAFe certification,
- Practical knowledge of SAFe,
- SAP implementation, transport management and cutover experience.
