By combining local labor knowledge and deep process understanding, we are supporting an efficient and compliant HR service delivery.P&C Local Services is responsible to resolve employee requests, consult employees, and carry out operational HR administration across whole employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding. P&C Local Services cooperates closely with all other teams within HR.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize, file, and maintain HR records and personnel documentation (both physical and digital)Ensure accurate and confidential storage of employee files in accordance with internal policies and legal requirementsCoordinate documents delivery by employeesSupport new employees onboarding processSupport other ad hoc activitiesEducation and qualifications/ Skills and competenciesStrong ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize work tasksAbility to handle confidential information with integrity and discretionStrong attention to detail, good time management skills (keeping deadlines) and ability to work independentlyCustomer orientedGood communication skills – both, written and verbal in Polish and EnglishProactive and solution-oriented mindsetMS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Work experiencePrevious experience in administrative support or document management, especially in HR, is a plusCustomer-oriented environment experience is an advantageContract information
