- Coordination and technical management of the team Representation of the Payroll Team Manager
- Management and monitoring of the payroll process
- Technical responsibility for the contractually agreed services in the team
- Promotion of self-organization and development of the team

- Independent technical processing of complex internal and external inquiries
- Responsibility for documentation in the event of innovations or process changes
- Identification and implementation of potential for improvement
- Identification of risks and weaknesses and initiation of countermeasures
- Audit within the Payroll Service Independent processing of tickets in the ticket system
- Cross-team coaching and training of employees as well as technical support
- Contact person for customers or third parties for complex technical and content-related questions
- Implementation of sub-project work and additional customer requirements. Support for new customer projects
- Support for special projects
- Professional experience in payroll accounting and/or human resources
- At least 4 years of German payroll experience in SAP
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
- High social and communication skills
