- Strategic Workforce Planning - Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand needs, develop data-driven strategies, and proactively plan for future recruitment demands.
- Team Leadership - lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet performance goals while fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Process Optimization - Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools, maximizing the efficiency of our ATS and enhancing the candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Management - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, align on hiring priorities, and provide transparent updates on progress.
- End-to-End Recruitment - Manage a portion of the hiring pipeline, from sourcing and screening to interviewing candidates across different seniority levels.
- Reporting & Insights - Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness), using insights to optimize strategy.
- Culture & Values - Act as an ambassador of our values - #acttodeliver, #teamuptowin, #disrupttogrow - embedding them in every stage of the recruitment journey.
- Proven leadership experience in the IT industry, with over 2 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive recruitment expertise with over 8 years of experience in recruitment, including over 5 years specializing in IT (Network, DevOps, SRE).
- Demonstrated track record of successfully building and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
- Understanding of IT technologies, with hands-on experience collaborating with technical teams and hiring managers.
- Strong communication and management skills, with a proven ability to build trust and lasting relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: proficient in using recruitment metrics to analyze team performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize their strategies.
- Problem-Solving: have a solutions-driven and proactive approach to overcoming challenges, whether it's a difficult-to-fill role, a conflict within the team, or a process inefficiency.
- Experience withApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required. Familiarity with TeamTailor will be an asset.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English (C1 level or higher).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
- Experience using social media for professional tasks.
- Prior experience in global recruitment.
