- Supporting talent development initiatives across the region, actively engaging in group-level talent reviews, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader, preferably in a multinational, matrixed, or industrial B2B environment; exposure to private equity-backed structures is an advantage
- Proven track record of financial leadership across several countries and international markets
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to partner closely with business leaders, support monthly business reviews, and drive profitable growth
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop finance teams across multiple countries and cultural contexts
- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and resilience - able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and perform under pressure
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach combined with strategic thinking; comfortable rolling up sleeves
- International mindset and readiness to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with strong stakeholder management skills at both regional and group levels
- Fluency in Polish and English is essential
