
Depositary Operations Specialist, Senior Associate

- Look after safekeeping of financial instruments
- Have ownership verification and record keeping & reconciliation of other assets
- Monitor cash flows
- Monitor investment restrictions
- Oversight subscriptions and redemptions
- Review asset valuation and calculation of NAV
- Monitor settlement of asset transactions
- Control income distributions
- Ensure effectiveness of operational procedures and controls
- Identify issues and problems in service delivery and carry out necessary corrective action
- Initiate process improvement, coordinate end-to-end process changes
- Take part as a technical expert when developing, testing, and implementing new tools and/or products that support ongoing business changes
- Provide technical support to Depositary team members
- Act as central point of contact for technical issues encountered in the daily business
- Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines in a fast paced environment.

- Proved record of process improvements / simplifications
- Fluency in English, numeracy skills
- Experience with VBA/Power Query/Xceptor/SQL/Python would be an advantage
- Comprehensive knowledge of systems, including Microsoft Office applications is require
- Accountancy or Business related degree (preferred)
- Overall knowledge of and minimum 4+ years of experience in Depositary controls. Alternatively: investment funds operations, financial instruments and fund valuation processes
- Knowledge of UCITS & AIFM directive and its delegated measures
