
Team Leader Sales Back Office with German(Hybrid)

You will have the opportunity to make a real impact by actively participating in the transformation from multiple single-country organizations to a unified regional structure. In this role, you will help drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency while leveraging digital capabilities.
We are looking for a talented, motivated, and solution-oriented leader to join our international team. You will report directly to the Head of Sales Back Office and Customer Service EMEA.Your main responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Back Office Team for the DACH region, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
- Define and communicate clear roles, responsibilities, and individual performance objectives aligned with team and business goals.
- Ensure effective workload management, resource planning, and operational coverage to support smooth day-to-day operations.
- Drive service excellence by consistently meeting or exceeding SLA and KPI targets related to productivity, accuracy, responsiveness, and quality.
- Act as a key point of contact and escalation for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with DACH stakeholders and the Order Entry Team in India to align on processes, priorities, and improvement initiatives.
- Analyze data, prepare performance dashboards, and present actionable insights through regular reports and presentations.
- Own and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring they are clear, up to date, and consistently followed.
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and standardize operations.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by encouraging open feedback and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Work with IT and external partners to explore, test, and implement system enhancements and new tools, including automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Support change management by preparing the team for new tools, processes, or organizational changes through training, communication, and hands-on support.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in team leadership within an international environment
- Proven track record in effectively leading, coaching, and developing teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Solid knowledge of sales back office processes
- Experience in project management and process optimization is a strong asset
- Working knowledge of SAP/SD
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in German both oral and written (B2-C1) and English (C1)
- Work in an international organization
