- Promote and sell highly specialized products to Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, Phlebologists, and Nephrologists across both hospital and private sectors in the assigned region
- Lead local marketing communication initiatives and develop promotional plans to support the national business strategy, in collaboration with the Marketing and Product Manager CEE
- Organize and lead local workshops for current and prospective BDI customers
- Provide innovative solutions and support to customers in your region
- Drive portfolio development in targeted market segments
- Solid knowledge and expertise in the medical equipment and devices or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in team management will be considered an additional asset
- Experience in tender management and procurement procedures
- Solid understanding of project management, with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel
