- Responsible for the area of HR Operations and Employee Relationship Management, with a focus on the administrational core HR Processes
- Define regional framework, content and settings for related processes including country specifics in alignment with global common core HR processes and in collaboration with respective functional country/ regional Process Owners and the Corporate CoE HR Operations & Employee Relationship Management
- Coordinate and ensure that country & regional specific guidelines, operating procedures and principles are set-up and reviewed on a regular basis
- Align, realize and track in collaboration with respective regional/country Process Owners to assure process harmonization across country, digitalization and required adjustments/ changes (driven by local or regional requirements)
- Drive and consult on country/ regional process harmonization and assure process efficiency for administrational HR Core Processes
- Support rollout of HR Operations related systems including self-services and automation of related processes in collaboration with respective CoE
- Ensure the implementation of a global HR IT landscape across countries within Europe
- Ensure up-to-date process documentation, training materials, guidelines and process design for regional and country specific processes (supported within respective SSC) as well as related Q&As
- Successful completion of academic degree in Economics, Human Resources or another relevant field
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in HR Operations preferably in an international environment
- Good team player who is self-driven, service and result oriented personality
- Understanding in different cultures and working across organizational, functional and geographic boundaries
- Good understanding of HR IT systems, and knowledge of integrated HR processes and data flow
- Experience in project management, change management and transformation and Lean Six Sigma projects
- Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially within Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
- Business fluent in English, secondary language is a plus
