- Lead and scale marketing channels efficiency for specific brand & geo - "budget management";
- Form, develop and execute marketing strategy for a specific brand to drive efficiency and scalability in marketing campaigns and initiatives;
- Collaborate with the Hub leadership team to define high- and mid-level goals, objectives, and KPIs, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives;
- Oversee the planning, execution and measurement of marketing campaigns across various channels;
- Utilise data and analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation, and make data-driven recommendations for improving overall marketing;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including both - internal and external marketing and technical teams, partners, etc.;
- Establish and maintain marketing performance metrics and dashboards, providing regular reports and analysis to stakeholders;
- Continuously evaluate and optimise marketing processes, workflows, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing operations, recommending innovative solutions to drive growth.
- 2+ years of experience as a Lead or Head of Marketing / Affiliate/ Media Buying / Brand Awareness in iGaming ;
- Deep knowledge of marketing sources, funnels and how each of them performs;
- Strong understanding of audience behaviour and iGaming specifics;
- Proven experience in building and managing high-performance teams, as well as working cross-functionally with other departments;
- Data-driven mindset with solid budgeting skills, performance analysis capabilities, and ROI-focused decision making.
