From engaging with universities and attending career events to managing the full recruitment lifecycle, you’ll ensure we hire exceptional talent. You’ll also help deliver our internship and graduate programmes, creating memorable experiences that build strong pipelines for the future.What will you need to be successful?Success in this role means being a trusted partner, a strategic thinker and a passionate advocate for early careers talent. You’ll bring energy, creativity and a drive to deliver results.

At least 5 years’ experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on early careers talent
Experience managing campus events and building awareness around employer branding
Proven ability to use sourcing tools, social media and recruitment platforms to attract talent
Strong relationship-building, communication and analytical skills, with a flexible and adaptable approach
