Handling warranty complaints.
Resolving technical problems.
Product comparisons, special offers and product advice.
Working with documentation and data management.
Ensuring high quality customer service and a good brand image.Requirements:Fluency in spoken and written Czech or Slovak (min. C1)
Knowledge of English at B2 level for communication in the team and during training
Excellent computer skills and MS Office skills
Communication and organisational skills
Friendly approach to customersOffer:Fully paid training program in English - 2 weeks theoretical training, 2 weeks practicalShift work: 5 days a week, Monday - Friday. 8.5 hours daily with included 1 h break (2x30 min)Private medical care (Luxmed)
