- Ensuring high quality of customer service.
- Identify emerging technical issues, collaborating with Level 2 support.
- B2/C1 language skills level for Dutch and B2 language skills level for English.
- Good use of PC and basic knowledge of networking technologies.
- Customer orientation and attention to detail.
- High problem-solving capacity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service will be considered a plus.
