Requirements:
  • 7+ years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in logistics procurement (transport, warehousing, 3PL).
  • Strong background in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management across multiple transport modes.
  • Knowledge of GDP / ISO standards within medical or MedTech logistics is an advantage.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to create added value.
  • Experience in matrixed, global organizations; exposure to Germany or global procurement projects preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent English required, German a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, TMS, and procurement analytics tools - nice to have.
  • Experience in car fleet procurement (leasing, electrification, compliance) is an advantage.
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on approach, solution orientation, and resilience.

This is a highly visible, individual contributor role where you will lead strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management for global logistics (inbound, outbound, warehousing) and fleet programs.You will work closely with global and regional stakeholders in Logistics, Customer Service, Fleet & Travel, Legal, HR, Finance, Quality, and IT to support business growth, ensure compliance, optimize costs, and drive innovation across multiple markets (Europe, US, Asia).We offer:
