We operate at the intersection of SEO, content strategy, and platform performance to attract millions of users and drive qualified patient traffic.We take a data-driven approach to SEO growth, using performance as well as technical metrics to boost our WPO (Web Performance Optimization), and ultimately our Global Search Visibility: Core Web Vitals, SEO technical compliance, Indexability and Crawl optimization.Alongside delivery work, we ensure all our features are legally compliant, we build E2E solutions to enable Search strategies (blogs, authoring tools, content management tools, database dictionaries management tools), we support cross-functional projects like B2B Web initiatives, and partner with Google for strategic pilots with direct impact on how users interact with Google SearchIn short, the STA team doesn’t just bring patients in - we help them find what they need, faster.RoleWe’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead both the Patient Bookings (PB) and Search Traffic Acquisition (STA) teams. You will report to the Engineering Director and work closely with Product and Design leadership to shape one of the most impactful parts of Docplanner’s platform. Your mandate: drive significant product impact through deep focus on conversion, UX, and operational excellence.This role demands a strong product mindset, a sense of ownership over user outcomes, and the ability to iterate and ship quickly. You’ll lead a team working on highly visible features and touchpoints, owning both short-term experiments and long-term architectural evolutions (e.g., rebuilding the new booking flow in the app, authentication enhancements, or insurance-aware search experiences).We're looking for a partner, not just a manager.
