You will work closely with external vendors (like CROs and central labs) to ensure services are delivered on time, with high quality, and within budget. Build and manage strategic relationships with assigned vendors.
Oversee vendor governance and ensure oversight tools and processes are in place.
Coordinate outsourcing activities from planning through steady-state operations.
Monitor vendor performance using KPIs and support issue resolution.
Act as the main contact for vendor-related questions on processes, systems, and quality.
Collaborate with study teams, procurement, and finance on contracts, budgets, and invoices.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

Background in pharmaceutical, CRO, or life sciences consulting.
Solid experience in clinical operations, vendor management, or outsourcing.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Experience working with external vendors in a global environment.
Some understanding or exposure to data management, statistics, or data science-either through direct work, collaboration with data teams, or observation in clinical trial settings.
Ability to build relationships and manage performance using KPIs.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with different departments.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with ARIBA or similar contract/purchasing systems.
Knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.

Education/Qualifications:

University degree or equivalent.

Additional Information:

This is a permanent role based in our Global Capability Centre in Warsaw, Poland and hybrid working with the expectation for some office presence. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
