- Able to search and find for solutions of customers issues
- Analyse customers behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs
- Monitor customers performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting
- Ensure that products compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations
- Hours must be worked during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month)
- 1+ year experience working as VIP Account manager within the iGaming industry B2C
- Proficiency in English and Turkish both written and spoken
- Proactive person with good support / sales skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
