Your tasksPerforming general ledger accounting in support of period end close activities and finance system administration / housekeepingData extraction and analysis in support of financial adjustments or close monitoring and oversightFinancial control activities in relation to treasury and cash management, fixed asset accounting and close processesPreparation of financial analysis and reporting in line with applicable GAAP to meet both internal and external requirementsCollaboration with business finance, auditors and tax advisors to support delivery of GBS service, compliance and assurance obligationWhat we expect
  • at least 3 years of experience in general accounting
  • proficiency in English/Spanish/Dutch/Italian/Turkish/ German
  • a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • experience in financial transaction processing in a shared services environment
  • skills in financial/cost accounting, management accounting, billing, cash collections, invoicing, and more
  • good IT skills, including SAP and MS Office (Excel)
  • ability to process high volumes of repeatable tasks with accuracy, prioritizing effectively to maximize output
  • strong focus on user experience
