- at least 3 years of experience in general accounting
- proficiency in English/Spanish/Dutch/Italian/Turkish/ German
- a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- experience in financial transaction processing in a shared services environment
- skills in financial/cost accounting, management accounting, billing, cash collections, invoicing, and more
- good IT skills, including SAP and MS Office (Excel)
- ability to process high volumes of repeatable tasks with accuracy, prioritizing effectively to maximize output
- strong focus on user experience
