- performing general ledger accounting in support of period end close activities and finance system administration / housekeeping,
- data extraction and analysis in support of financial adjustments or close monitoring and oversight,
- financial control activities in relation to treasury and cash management, fixed asset accounting and close processes,
- preparation of financial analysis and reporting in line with applicable GAAP to meet both internal and external requirements,
- at least 3 years of experience in general accounting,
- proficiency in English and German or Turkish,
- a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field,
- experience in financial transaction processing in a shared services environment,
- skills in financial/cost accounting, management accounting, billing, cash collections, invoicing, and more,
- good IT skills, including SAP and MS Office (Excel),
- ability to process high volumes of repeatable tasks with accuracy, prioritizing effectively to maximize output,
- strong focus on user experience.
