Supporting various recruitment process areas, such as screening CVs, posting jobs, and communicating with candidates
Representing Schaeffler at job fairs and university events to promote our brand and culture
Assisting in administering training and development programs
Supporting and coordinating the onboarding process of new employees
Maintaining and managing data within HR systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Participating in operational meetings, gaining valuable insights into HR strategies and decision-making
Involvement in HR projects on a local level

Your Qualifications

Actively pursuing a degree, ideally in Human Resources or Business Administration, preferably at the master's level
Able to work at least 30 hours per week (we offer a flexible schedule to balance studies and internship)
Proficient in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Fluent in both English and Polish, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking
Having strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and eager to learn
Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
