- Responsible for a data-driven long term strategy and 360 brand management for NYX brand for Polish & Baltics markets.
- Collecting and analyzing consumer, competition and market data in order to create recommendations for the category
- Take ownership of international launches and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences locally.
- Manage the budget (sales forecast, price strategy, profitability of the brand, P&L, etc.)
- Lead the marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and the adaptation of communication (imagery, digital, point of sales)
- Mobilize other departments (Category Development, Commercial Teams, Supply chain, Financial Controlling, etc. ) and partner agencies to develop a broader business strategy and execution plans.
- Lead Advocacy & Media plans
- Influence market research plans
- Define clear messages to present to top management and accompany the teams in the preparation of meetings.
- Focusing on e-commerce channel to accelerate growth on brands via one of the most dynamic channel in the market.
- Closely cooperating with other peers in the team, departments, partner agencies and global marketing teams to build a leading business strategy.
- Bringing new ideas and modern solutions to build brand love.
- Spot, coach and develop talent. Foster empowerment by putting more emphasis on cooperation and employee satisfaction.
- Innovate and unleash value from within.
- Report to Brand Business Director of the American Brands.
- Have at least 5 years professional of experience with at least 3 years in Marketing gained in a fast-paced environment (preferably FMCG), where power brands are part of your everyday work.
- Have passion, interest in and understanding of make-up brand management environment
- Are experienced in and have proven success in driving local relevancy for the brand especially in advocacy and digital area.
- Are experienced in leading data driven brands and have strong market data analytical skills.
- Are/have been working in an international environment and managing complexity is a part of your everyday work.
- Believe in the potential of digital and e-commerce and have a will to further develop your skills in this field.
- Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking.
- Being proactive and not afraid to challenge the status quo.

- Have fluency in English and Polish.
