- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales in the IT industry,
- Ability to build long-term relationships with key clients and effectively acquire new ones,
- Good knowledge of the market and clients in the IT sector,
- A minimum base of 3 enterprise clients with whom direct relationships are maintained,
- Strong motivation to achieve goals and implement established plans,
- Ability to conduct sales negotiations - both by phone, online, and during meetings,
- Proficiency in English at least at B2 level.
