- Lead CRM activation for all sponsorships and partnerships, translating rights and assets into compelling campaigns.
- Plan and execute end-to-end activations across all CRM touchpoints: email, SMS, push, in-app, and onsite.
- Work cross-functionally with CRM, vertical, product, creative, and legal teams to bring partnership campaigns to life.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external rights holders to align on asset usage, timelines, and compliance.
- Maintain a central calendar of all partnership activation opportunities, ensuring the company stays proactive and coordinated.
- Drive campaign performance through testing, data insights, and continuous optimization.
- Help shape the strategic roadmap for how we activate new types of partnerships in CRM.
- Keep a close eye on trends and competitor activity to inspire new and better ways to activate.
- 3+ years experience in CRM, campaign planning, or brand/partnership activation, ideally in a digital-first environment.
- Experience in online gambling, e-commerce, or another fast-moving, regulated industry is a ideal.
- Strong understanding of how to turn partnership rights into engaging, multi-channel campaigns.
- Comfortable managing projects and working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with a commercial edge, you know how to make campaigns exciting and effective.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with external partners and internal teams.
- A passion for sports, entertainment, or cultural partnerships, and the impact they can have when done right.
