Read on for more details and apply!What you can look forward to as Product Compliance Trainee:

Undertakes and/or participates in projects and programs designed to develop support skills appropriate to the needs of the organization;
Legal and regulatory support on the Product Compliance and P&L projects : preparation of theme presentation, legal analysis, administration, preparation of materials and data collection, preliminary preparation of applications for legal projects as support for the Product Compliance and P&L team in the area of legal regulations;
Conducting domestic and comparative legal research and drafting legal analysis for further supervisory of legal senior expertise;
Providing commentary on draft legislation;
Assisting with third-party and Customer interventions, assistance in counterfeit projects;
Product requirement legal analysis and pre-assessment assistance;
Supporting working parties of our membership exploring critical issues of law reform;
Supporting Product by taking evidence, attending meetings and otherwise engaging with key stakeholders;

Your Profile as Product Compliance Trainee:

A law degree is preferred; alternatively, we welcome applications from part-time (weekend) law students who have completed at least four years of studies and are available to work full-time (8 hours per day) during regular business hours.
Understanding of the legal regulation country specific and global framework;
Demonstratable interest in the challenges affecting the justice system - and openness to innovation in response;
Excellent research skills;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize;
An eye for detail and an ability to ensure that work is undertaken with scrupulous accuracy;
Ability to work flexibly; both independently and as part of a team, using initiative and staying calm under pressure;
Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
Use and maintain various computer databases as applicable. Be computer literate in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
