Love the sound of our flexibility & your passion?Then apply for a role with us as:District Manager Warszawa - Temporary ReplacementWhat you will be doingIn your sales area Warsaw, you'll be the link between your team, our head office and our concession partners.Lead and coordinate a team of 21 employees - remotely but with great connection.Recruit motivated people who will be the face of beeline in our partners' stores.Build and maintain strong relationships with our business partners/host stores.Optimise turnover, costs and concession standards - and boost both profitability and visual merchandising.Keep a strategic overview of your area and make sure everything runs smoothly.Wonder what a District Manager's day looks like? -What we are looking forAt least 3 years' experience as a Store Manager, Area Manager, District Manager or in a similar role - ideally in fashion retail.Confident in hiring, conducting interviews, and managing performance/disciplinary matters.Tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Native-level Polish and comfortable English - we don't expect perfection, and we can support you with online language lessons.A full driving licence and willingness to travel.Bonus points if you have a commercial apprenticeship or a business administration degree.Based in Warsaw, Poland.📎 Please attach your CV in English.What you can expect from usA great, flexible working environmentWeekends offCompetitive salary package with a business car (for private use too)Pension fund contributionsComprehensive training to get you set for successModern tools and systems - we work digitallyFair opportunitiesA fixed-term contract of up to 2 years - a fantastic chance to gain valuable experience in an international company and make an impact from day oneOur spirit makes the difference.
