- Define and execute the Top Accounts strategy of Glovo in Poland with primary focus on Account Management (farming): defining new ways to help our Partners grow their business on our platform while increasing the value they bring to Glovo.

- Define the long-term Top Accounts strategy for Glovo Poland
- Oversee directly multiple areas of responsibility related to 360 account management: partnerships, monetization, promotions, Joint Business Planning, operations, commission negotiations etc.
- Analyze business / financial data to take key commercial decisions
- Lead a team of ~10-12 individuals and lead your direct and indirect team to greatness - hire top talents, help them perform, grow and develop as professionals
- Guide the Top Accounts (KAM) Team to achieve targets and maintain best-in-class relationships with our Partners
- Work with a cross-functional Team & multiple stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to achieve quick & quality execution; Give visibility to main stakeholders of status and follow up on next steps
- Get into details, deep-dive and problem solve. You will make things happen together with your Team
- Lead project implementation and translate it into actionable tasks to ensure continuous improvement
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Top restaurants
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in managing a high-performing commercial team (can be sales, account management, trade marketing, business development - cross functional experience is nice to have)
- Led negotiations of large-scale contracts and you're comfortable of building relationships with C-level of other organizations
- Managerial roles within one of the following: Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Insights, Category Management, Ecommerce, Food Delivery.
- Team leadership: 3 years of experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve collective goals (preferably Team of 5+ people)
- Business acumen: Proven track record of understanding and empathizing with clients' / partners' business models, challenges, and objectives to create strategies and deliver value through collaboration
- Stakeholder collaboration:
- External: Proven experience of at least 5 years in working with external partners to align on strategic initiatives, foster mutual growth, and ensure seamless collaboration
- Internal: You're an expert on managing stakeholders, working with peers, and leveraging other teams aspiring to do what's best for the company
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented approach.
- Problem solving skills, data-driven with strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Suite and/or MS Office, Excel.
- Very good written and spoken English skills.
