
CEE Cross Category Consumer Marketplace Insights& Analytics Lead

- In this position you will be responsible for the shopper retail understanding and will drive cross category research, analysis and insights.
- You will support marketing & sales with Cross Category Market research, particularly retail and shopper intelligence.
- This is a position without direct reports
- Uses different tools to build cross-category insights and translate insights into actionable cross-category recommendations
- Leads selected cross category projects/ studies for the CEE region
- Business partner for corporate functions, demand teams, CX, category and CEE in-market teams
- Supports (Top-to-Top) meetings with Retailers by providing relevant analytics
- Deliver input from market context for ICP process
- Tracks categories performance in top customers by leveraging syndicated data sources (retail audit, household panels, 2nd party retailer's data, other data sources)
- Recommends methodologies / analytical approaches: Leverages syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI..- household / retail panels) and other suppliers of shopper and retail insights
- Cross-divisions reports& ad-hoc analysis for CEE region
- Al least 5+ years of experience in insights area
- Expertise in the research area (both consumer& shopper), development and implementation of insights
- Hight analytical skills and master in Nielsen
- Project management, ability of working in matrix
- Coordinating cross functional work within a CEE environment
- Proven track record in driving change
- Excellent communication skill
- Fluent Polish and English
