In this high-impact role, you will lead global payroll operations across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Medison’s purpose-driven work to bringing life-changing therapies to patients with rare and severe diseases around the world.Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processes globally.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with local payroll services providers, internal HR, and Finance teams.
Implement internal controls to mitigate payroll-related risks.
Lead payroll and related systems implementation and upgrades.
Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing.
Maintain payroll data integrity and security for reporting and analytics.
Lead payroll onboarding processes for new country setups.
Manage and develop a team of payroll professionals.

Over 7 years of payroll processing or similar managerial position experience in a multinational company
Prior experience as a global payroll manager - a must
Highly proficient in English - must
Acquaintance with NetSuite ERP Systems - advantage
Accurate and detail-oriented with a high level of analytical and professional skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
High level of independence and self-examination
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
