- E-commerce Strategy & Acceleration: You are responsible for leading and driving the brand's e-commerce acceleration strategy, focusing on hero products, content, and events. This includes defining e-commerce business ambitions and setting time-bound objectives in collaboration with the e-commerce tribe.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with various teams, including marketing Brand Managers, Advocacy/Social Brand Managers, the CPD e-commerce tribe, to ensure the brand's e-commerce objectives are met.
- Marketing Initiative Integration: Your role involves leveraging marketing initiatives such as Gifts with Purchase (GWP), sampling, media linking, and advocacy to create a consumer-centric, full-funnel approach that aligns with e-commerce retailers
- Budget Management: You hold the budget for brand e-content A&P (Advertising & Promotion) and media A&P, supporting efficient investment in cooperation with the E-commerce Activation Team.
- Activation Planning & Execution: You own the yearly, quarterly, and monthly activation plan from the brand's perspective.
- Hero Product Management: You are responsible for leading the performance review and revision process for brand hero products. This also includes creating and updating Product Detail Page (PDP) content for brand heroes and new launches according to guidelines, and generating/improving Ratings & Reviews (R&R) activation for these products with customers.
- Consumer Insights & Targeting: You will provide input for e-commerce media and CRM targeting, utilizing insights and the brand's consumer target group and usage data.
- You have around 3 years of experience in E-Commerce within fast-paced companies. You have passion for understanding the needs of consumer; ability to interpret them and propose creative, innovative solution to meet these needs, but also:
- Have proven track of records in boosting brand's performance in e-commerce.
- Familiar with Google Analytics, e-commerce platforms and CMS.
- Preferred - familiar with Jira or equivalent system.
- Strong planning, project management skills and commercial way of thinking.
- Networking and proactive mindset.
- Consumer centric approach.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
