- Own the Proposal Phase:
- Understand the client's business challenge
- Define a high level solution mapping to the problem
- Validate and challenge estimations
- Create (or help create) offer that is both competitive and realistic
- Know when to walk away from a lead that fails
- Monitor project delivery and adapt to changes:
- Make sure key roles (Engineering Manager, Solution Architect) are involved at the right time
- Always be able to summarize what is being delivered and why
- Make sure the project stays on track from a business perspective - not just a technical perspective
- If the client's needs change, be prepared to re-structure the contract accordingly
- Always prioritize client success while protecting CodiLime's interests
- At least 4 years experience in B2B sales in IT services (customer service roles, such as project/product management, consulting, or sales engineering)
- Responsibility as Contract Owner for projects with revenue of at least $1M per year
- Strong understanding of both technical and business drivers in software services
- Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you know how to work a room, even remotely
- Strategic focus on client success and value generation
- Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and change direction when necessary
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM system
- Experience in working with the US based clients
- Experience in the IT Networking industry will be an asset
