- Oversee and support the daily operations of Front Office departments during shift duty.
- Ensure guests receive prompt attention, personalized recognition, and memorable experiences.
- Supervise and guide Front Office Colleagues, providing leadership and direction.
- Respond to guest needs with efficiency, discretion, and care-resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of front-of-house areas to ensure luxury standards of cleanliness and order.
- Greet and assist VIP guests, performing arrival room inspections to guarantee the highest standards.
- Monitor staff conduct, grooming, and service delivery to align with brand standards.
- Maximize room sales and hotel revenue via performance management, upselling and inventory control, collaborating with other department heads.
- Review billing instructions, guest credit, and discounts, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Act as the main point of contact in the absence of the Front Office Manager/Director.
- Drive upselling initiatives and promote hotel facilities to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of guest data in PMS and provide daily operational reports.
- Maintain LQA and brand standards, ensuring colleagues are consistently updated and trained.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel environment (min 3 years).
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver personalized service.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Proficiency in PMS systems and solid understanding of Front Office operations.
- Fluency in English & Polish; additional languages are an asset.
