Tax Team Leader, PoznańRole overviewThe Tax Team Leader plays an essential role in shaping the success of the WE tax function in Carlsberg. The primary responsibilities include supporting a culture of growth and development within the team, ensuring the stability and efficiency of tax-related processes, and closely aligning these processes with the overarching Group Tax Strategy. The Tax Team Leader's leadership will be key in prioritizing goals and maintaining compliance with tax regulations.What you'll be doing

Lead and manage the Tax team (overseeing approximately 10 employees), providing effective leadership, guidance, and support.
Develop a high-performing and collaborative environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Identify and implement improvements to streamline tax-related processes, reducing manual effort and potential errors.
Ensure all tax filings, including VAT, excise duties, and withholding tax, are submitted accurately and within specified deadlines.
Ensure that all tax-related activities comply with tax laws and regulations, keeping updated on legislative changes and making necessary adjustments.
Implement quality control measures to minimize errors in tax calculations, reports, and filings, and conduct periodic audits for accuracy.
Ensure effective integration of RtR teams within Western Europe.
Build effective, collaborative relationships with the RtR & CtC Leadership Team and key internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Genpact), ensuring timely and professional resolution of issues.
Representing Group companies in discussions with tax and legal authorities to create positive partnerships and compliance.

Who we're looking forWe're looking for someone who has:

Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration
General knowledge of accounting and tax
Leadership experience and proven track record
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, supporting collaboration, and building meaningful relationships
