- Define and execute the company's growth strategy in collaboration with institutional investors.
- Lead the business with full P&L ownership, ensuring profitability, margin improvement, and disciplined cost control.
- Identify and implement operational savings and process efficiencies across a large-scale, asset-based operation.
- Oversee digital customer acquisition channels - including performance marketing, CRM, lead generation, conversion funnel optimization.
- Ensure a strong focus on client satisfaction, retention and long-term relationship building through data-driven CRM initiatives.
- Build and scale the organization - currently approx. 40 FTE - in line with business expansion.
- Act as the company's primary representative in investor relations and external strategic communications.
- Foster a performance-oriented, agile culture while maintaining quality and customer value at scale.
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in senior leadership roles with full P&L accountability.
- Proven track record in cost optimization and operational efficiency, especially in asset-based or service-intensive businesses.
- Experience in B2C-focused companies, particularly in e-commerce, digital services, logistics, mobility, or other tech-enabled platforms.
- Hands-on experience with digital sales, CRM and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Exposure to private equity-backed environments or strategic advisory is a strong asset.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and deliver results under real-time business conditions.
- Strong financial acumen, including revenue and margin management.
- Deep understanding of digital customer acquisition and retention levers.
- High decision-making capacity, ownership and ability to operate autonomously.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills - able to lead teams and represent the company at investor level.
- Fluent English (required).
