- Customer support through various channels (incoming calls and messages)
- Analyzing and resolving customer inquiries
- Providing information related to administrative and technical aspects (products, invoices, etc.)
- Introducing changes to the system
- Cooperation with other departments to ensure comprehensive customer service
- Sales and promotion of products
- Knowledge ofItalian at least C1 level
- Readiness to work on-site in Krakow during onboarding period
- Readiness to participate in an onsite training for first 3 weeks from Monday to Friday 8:00 - 16:00
- Working on shifts from 8:00 AM till 22/24:00 PM
- Performance bonus up to PLN 5,000 / month
