- Lead small and mid-size projects across countries in Eastern Europe.
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (charters, roadmaps, reports, risk logs).
- Support project coordinators in project planning and monitoring of milestones.
- Facilitate workshops, working groups, and steering meetings to secure alignment and progress.
- Foster smooth collaboration across countries, functions, and international teams.
- Act as a change agent, preparing stakeholders for new ways of working and ensuring adoption.
- Create simple training, communication, and follow-up plans to reinforce project outcomes.
- Monitor adoption, collect feedback, and adjust approaches as needed.
- Contribute to Group and regional initiatives that enhance process efficiency and customer experience.
- Drive strong CRM adoption and best use of Salesforce across Eastern Europe.
- Support business users in embedding CRM into daily workflows and ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Translate business needs into system requirements and collaborate with IT/DSI on enhancements.
- Track adoption KPIs (e.g., user activity, pipeline completeness, reporting usage) and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure CRM enables sales, marketing, and service teams to deliver maximum business value.
- Lead and animate the Key User community across the region: organize regular exchanges, share best practices, troubleshoot issues.
- Represent the region in the global CRM Community, ensuring local priorities are considered and group standards are applied.
- Map workflows, identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and smarter tool usage.
- Conduct business case assessments for proposed improvements and present recommendations to decision-makers.
- Support testing, piloting, and roll-out of new functionalities.
- Project management expertise: Proven experience managing small to mid-size projects, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
- Business understanding: Ability to quickly grasp business needs, processes, and challenges, and translate them into practical solutions.
- Change leadership: Strong influencing skills with the ability to engage colleagues and drive adoption of new processes and tools.
- CRM knowledge: Interest in CRM systems and digital tools (Salesforce experience is a strong advantage).
- Analytical mindset: Skilled at working with data, mapping processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities to connect with both local users and international teams.
- Languages: Excellent command of English (must-have); proficiency in another Eastern European language.
