SummaryThe Customer Delivery Specialist (CDS) is responsible for managing and executing all tasks related to the delivery of complex (non-programmatic) solutions. This role owns end-to-end operational processes such as ALD requirements, quoting, deal coordination, bid management, supplier invoice management, and sales reporting. Acting as a key partner for sales, suppliers, and customers, the CDS leverages subject matter expertise to resolve issues, ensure compliance, optimize processes, and drive high-quality customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational ExcellenceManage complex (non-programmatic) processes from end-to-end, including ALD requirements, deal coordination, bid management, quoting, invoicing, and reporting.Ensure legal documentation is properly reviewed, approved, and maintained.Monitor supplier payments, volume targets, and compliance with established policies.Oversee funding and booking Schedule of Authority (SOA).Produce and analyze reports to support business decision-making.Customer & Partner EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with resellers, customers (Tier 1 & 2 accounts), and partners.Provide consistent support for total customer experience, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.Communicate and escalate customer/partner issues to CRM/PRM in a timely and effective manner.Partner closely with Sales teams to support forecasting, pipeline management, and overall execution.Teamwork & LeadershipCollaborate with internal colleagues to deliver customer-focused solutions.May act as a project or team lead, providing guidance, validating deliverables, and supporting team decision-making.Share best practices and provide mentorship to junior colleagues where applicable.Competencies & SkillsStrong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills.High attention to detail and ability to follow up on complex processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong problem-solving ability with sound judgment in ambiguous situations.Enterprise Contributor mindset — delivering optimal outcomes for both the customer and the company.Fluency in English and local language(s).Qualifications & ExperienceUniversity degree or equivalent experience.2–4 years’ professional experience in a business-related field (finance, accounting, or operations preferred).Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
