
Lead Client Service Representative

- Fields and responds to client inquiries and escalated issues and serves as the point person for senior level client contacts
- Coordinates and follows up on client meetings and deliverables
- Works closely with internal clients in Operations and Treasury and Markets to ensure timely resolution of external client inquiries and improvement of service levels
- Serves as a key point of contact for external clients with regard to daily servicing inquiries
- Develops key internal relationships to proactively aid in the resolution of client issues
- 1st point of contact for the team members in complex cases, shares knowledge and expertise to support closure of cases
- Back up for the supervisor, leads daily pulse checks, and other team meetings, assigns tasks, monitors daily volume and team's workflow, escalates to TL
- Leads projects and tasks related to owned Client Relationships
- Leads projects related to new activities for the team or client within the scope, including new client requirements, conversions in/out etc.
- Drives knowledge and development in Client Service department by organizing trainings, sharing knowledge etc.

- BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years related custody experience
- Prior experience working in a client servicing focused work environment
- Working knowledge of corporate actions, equity, fixed income
- Ability to prioritize and quickly resolve client needs
- Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments and work quickly and accurately in a deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with both verbal and written skills
- Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Technical proficiency in internal and/or web-based systems a plus
